Life is full of choices! To be or not to be? The implication of this profound question is not just constrained to the issue of death, but also covers all pageants of human life.

I’ve just given up the recommendation to go to foreign affairs ministry! This might be seen as an absurd move in the eyes of others, but as who I am, I chose to bear the burden of ridicule and mockery. My dad had tried to persuade me into accepting the recommendation, which proved to be futile because of my determination and persistence. I know I may be regarded as a stupid and unsophisticated, unfledged kid, but whatever, I do not live in the eyes of others, and I have my own say in my life.

No matter what destination I finally arrive, that’s not important! What matters is that I follow my heart, follow my soul!

I might be poor, I might lead a hard life, I might wander around the streets in beijing under the night neon lights , seeking for shelters…but, I might be free!

Hemingway had it right: fame is a bitch goddess. fame is fraud, it is nothing, it is foam.A position in the foreign affairs ministry is in my eyes nothing of more value than fame and social status, which i don't give a damn!  If u look for fame, u will lose ur soul! Just imagine how many times u are influenced by the people around or their opinions and forget to listen to ur heart, that is exactly the process that drags u away from u dream and innocence bit by bit, year by year. Finally u might become “mature” in the eyes of others, but pitifully u r finished.

I just want to be myself, but it is hard, and sometimes I kind of have a feeling that I am against the whole world. but, no matter how hard and how vague the future may be, I will hold on and try to cherish every moment of my life. This note is to remind myself not to forget the voice of my heart under any circumstance. And wish my friends can also remember this simple truth: follow ur heart!
